Very friendly and very clean hostel, everything was very bright and colorful and smelt fresh. I liked the interesting old soviet posters and photos from present day Russia. Bedrooms cozy and comfortable. The owners (one Russian, one British guy), fantastic. The Russian guy Misha knows all the historical side of things of Russia and Richard, the Brtish guy, knowing the places and sights to visit throughout Moscow and Russia and has seen alot of Russia himself. They both together with the staff were extremly helpful and well sit and mingle with you in the lounge while watching some dvd or television. Richard tells many a travel story that make you laugh. All in all I give it two thumbs up.
Moscow is nice but believe me staying in this hostel makes it nicer. Location is superb, it is so close to clubs and good restaurants. Also it has the coolest hostel owners ever, Richard and Misha and the lovely staff. Surely my first choise in Moscow.
The location is outstanding, with Red Square and the Kremlin being only 5 minutes walk away
Napoleon Hostel was a great place to spend time in Moscow. All the furniture was brand new, the location is brilliant, the place was super clean and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all I recommend this place to others
...I liked the fact the hostel was only two minutes walk from the metro...
