Napoleon hostel was a lot of fun
I hated staying in the old soviet hotels with their poor renovation and faceless customer service. Napoleon was so well renovated and the smiling receptionists were wonderful. The living room was a great place to meet people and was very chilled out. Confortable dorm rooms, spacious and with good beds. The location being so close to Red Square and the vibrant local area with so many bars and resturants made this a good place to stay.
Very clean and beautifully decorated
There’s so much to see in Moscow I could have spent a whole month there. I especially liked the detailed information boards with all train listings, and guides to nightlife and cultural attractions. The living room was very sociable, and the managers told many funny stories about their travels across Russia. The Hostel was first class.
The tallest orthodox church in the world. Russia’s most important state cathedral with a capacity of 10 th people.
